2 Arundel Street,
Forest Lodge

Situated at the southern end of Forest Lodge, the site boasts excellent connectivity via Parramatta Road. This major thoroughfare is well-served by public transport, with buses providing direct routes to Central, Redfern, the CBD, Parramatta, and beyond. The vision for Forest Lodge is to offer modern, convenient student accommodation while creating a neighbourhood that seamlessly blends old and new architecture in this iconic inner-city suburb.

Forest Lodge is a suburb carved from architectural richness. Victorian-era terraces line the streets and collectively form a unique character from which to draw design principles and thinking.

With exceptional visibility and accessibility, in one of Sydney’s heritage rich inner-city areas. Arundel Street offers direct access to the University of Sydney and a wider connection to the education precinct.

Designed primarily for students, the project aims to foster a lively, close‑knit community. Generous shared amenities are thoughtfully balanced with comfortable, homely accommodation and lush landscaped spaces—working together to create a vibrant and welcoming place to live.

Just a short walk away, Broadway Shopping Centre, dining precincts, and everyday essentials place convenience at your doorstep, while nearby bus routes and cycle links provide easy access to the CBD, and surrounding inner‑city neighbourhoods. With parks, cafés, cultural destinations, and major education hubs all close by, this well‑connected location offers the energy of city living balanced with the neighbourhood charm of Forest Lodge.
